29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  At a worksite located at 3205 West Main Street, Sedalia, MO 65301: Employees were exposed to health hazards in that they may be harmed by the use of a respirator. This was demonstrated on or about December 3, 2021, when employees were exposed to respiratory hazards, and employees were directed to use a tight-fitting elastomeric respirator while exposed to potentially toxic or hazardous substances in non-routine or emergency situations and were not first medically cleared to wear a respirator.
