29 CFR  1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, or cut.  Akita Drilling Rig #525 jobsite (Trailer 191): On or about December 07, 2021,  employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard due to  the trailer air conditioner having a broken conduit at the electrical point of entry.  The conduit contained a live conductor running from a high voltage (8/230 volt) box to an air conditioner.
