29 CFR 1960.8(b): The Agency did not comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards applicable to the agency : a) Electronics Bay/West Wall - On or about January 11, 2022, employees performed electronics maintenance to vehicles and other systems where two (2) orange and green industrial steel racking systems with boxes of items stored on the shelving. Interior and rear column baseplates on the frames of the racking system were not anchored to the floor to resist all applicable forces, exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards. b) Electronics bay/Adjacent to Bay Door #24 - On or about January 11, 2022, employees performed electronic maintenance to vehicles and other systems with a grey industrial steel racking system with boxes of stored items on the shelving. Interior and rear column baseplates on the frames of the racking system were not anchored to the floor to resist all applicable forces, exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards. c) HV Calibration Shop - On or about January 11, 2022, employees performed calibration and repairs to field equipment with items awaiting parts stored on two (2) brown industrial steel racking systems. Interior and rear column baseplates on the frames of the racking systems were not anchored to the floor to resist all applicable forces, exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Electronics Bay - On or about January 11, 2022, a plumbed emergency eyewash station manufactured by Haws Corporation was provided to flush eyes and body in the event of an emergency. The eyewash station was not suitable in that it was not inspected and maintained in accordance with manufacturer requirements, exposing employees to eye trauma hazards. b) Paint Kitchen - On or about January 11, 2022, a plumbed emergency eyewash station was provided to flush eyes in the event of an emergency. The eyelet covers remained open after flushing, allowing for dirt and other particulates to accumulate, exposing employees to eye trauma hazards.
