29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) Lighthouse Masonry Corp. 58 Elmwood St. Millbury, MA: On or about December 7, 2021 employees were working from a tubular scaffold approximately 14 feet above the next lower level gound and were not protected from falling to the next lower level by either guard rails, safety net systems, fall restraint systems or personal fall arrest system exposing them to fall from height hazards.
