North Ridgeville OH 44039, employees were exposed to struck by, caught in or between and electrical shock hazard from pneumatic, electrical and mechanical energy sources when performing maintenance/service activities on the Novatec (Model HB25 - Serial #3A3899-4941) Dryer #0028 (208 V) within the manufacturing area.  c)  On or about March 29, 2022, at Dreco, Inc. within the facility located at 7887 Root Rd. North Ridgeville OH 44039, employees were exposed to struck by, caught in or between, and crushing injuries from pneumatic and mechanical energy sources when performing maintenance/service activities and mold and die changeovers on the Van Dorn (Model 250-RS - Serial #250-RS-20F-VB-368) press machine #201 injection molding machine.
