29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle supplied a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4: Storage Area: On, or about, January 13, 2022, a 15 ampere relocatable power tap was used to energize a DeWalt Model DW716 chop saw, a Metcal Model MX1 69470 soldering gun, a light and a label maker. The combined load of the devices exceeded the maximum load allowed on the relocatable power tap, which was 12 amperes.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Chilled Water Treatment Area: On, or about, January 13, 2022, access to an Eaton and two Square D electrical panels was limited due to items in storage. Coherent, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1236146, Citation Number 1, Item Number 5b and was affirmed as a Final Order on August 5, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Bloomfield, Connecticut.
