29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about  January 31, 2022 at 4105 Strausser Street NW, North Canton, OH 44720, the employer failed to ensure when more than one employee at a time is operating the Trojan Tire Press they are protected from crushing and struck by hazards. One employee operated the manual on/off valve while another adjusts the fingers of the machine and checks the part.
