On or about February 22, 2022, employees working at the North Circle of the Cleaning Department in Building 56 of the Wire Mill were exposed to fall hazards of over four feet because the employer had not ensured the pit where the acid tanks were housed was guarded. b. On or about February 22, 2022, employees working at the South Circle of the Cleaning Department in Building 56 of the Wire Mill were exposed to fall hazards of over four feet because the employer had not ensured the pit where the acid tanks were housed was guarded.
