29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed:  (a) Location - 25 Broad Street, Groveland, MA  On or about  02/24/2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on step ladders that did nto have spreaders locked and were being used in a folded manner.
