29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Juan Martinez located at 675 Zoar Street, Galena, OH 43021: On and preceding March 1, 2022,  the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower level were protected from falls. Framers were installing framing pieces on a throughout a new construction residential home at heights that varied between 12 and 22 feet. The employees were not utilizing any form of fall protection which exposed them to falls up to 22 feet.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:   a) Juan Martinez located at 675 Zoar Street, Galena, OH 43021: On and preceding March 1, 2022,  the employer did not ensure that a step ladder used for access to the truss was properly utilized.  The top step of a 6 foot step ladder was being used for access to a 10 foot high truss which exposed employees to falls up to 6 feet.
