29 CFR  1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  a) Production Area: The Exaktor blade guard (EXOA-2) on the Rockwell Unisaw table saw did not automatically adjust to completely enclose the portion of the saw blade above the table and material being cut and the blade guard was not properly adjusted exposing an employee to an amputation hazard, on or about February 24, 2022.  Abatement Certification Required.
