29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment is likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards  were not  arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage:  (a) Glacial Lakes Rubber & Plastics at 700 Pheasant Ridge Drive, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to March 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from lacerations and electric shock in that incandescent lighting at press workstation 15 was guarded so as to prevent physical damage.  (b) Glacial Lakes Rubber & Plastics at 700 Pheasant Ridge Drive, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to March 2, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from lacerations and electric shock in that incandescent lighting at press workstation 16 was guarded so as to prevent physical damage.
