29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  At the construction site located at 4400 Belleview Ave in Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  Employees were observed installing materials and working at height.  Employees were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 28 feet to ground without use of fall protection.  JR & Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1360523, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on 12-31-18, with respect to a workplace located at 2601 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, Missouri 65154.  JR & Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1349837, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on 03-06-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 7140 Wornall Rd, Kansas City, Missouri 64114.  JR & Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1349391, citation number 1, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on 03-06-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2220 S 7 Hwy, Blue Springs, Missouri, 64014.
