29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(10):The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warning were legible, in English, and prominently displayed on the container.   a) Langfitt Child and Youth Services, Fort Belvoir VA: On and prior to 2/16/22, the employer failed to ensure that the label, indicating the presence of bleach in an Igloo container, was in a position that prominently displayed to employees.  This contributed to a poisoning incident on 2/16/22 at the workplace.   Corrected during the inspection.
