29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a. Rio Verde Construction LLC at 10177 Vaughn St, Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before March 2, 2022 the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from eye injury while using pneumatic nail guns without wearing eye protection. This condition exposed to employees to struck-by injuries to the eyes and face.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a. Rio Verde Construction LLC., at 10177 Vaughn St., Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before March 2, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee were observed conducting framing operations on a new residential construction without the use of personal fall arrest systems. The employer did not protect employees against falls at heights over 15 feet. This condition exposes to employees to head injuries and broken bones.  b. Rio Verde Construction LLC., at 13222 E 101st Place., Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before March 2, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee were observed conducting framing operations on a new residential construction without the use of personal fall arrest systems. The employer did not protect employees against falls at heights over 15 feet. This condition exposes to employees to head injuries and broken bones.
