1926.20(b)(2)  Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  This item is reclassified to Other than Serious; The standard is changed to 1926.20(b)(2)  "On or before March 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure competent person conducted an inspection prior to  employees entering an excavation via ladder. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet".
