29 CFR  1910.178(n)(8):Under all travel conditions the truck shall be operated at a speed that will permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner.  a.  On or about March 16, 2022, at approximately 7:00AM at the establishment located at 2612 Consulate dr, Orlando, employees were exposed to caught in between hazards in that employee suffered a crushed left lower leg injury when traveling too fast and was not able to stop safely.
