29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(2): The employer did not provide employees with effective information on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new chemical hazard the employees have not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area. Employees were not informed of the following: the requirements of this section; any operations in their work area where hazardous chemicals are present; and, the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets as required by this section.  a) Shop - On or about March 24, 2022, employees used chemicals to include but not limited to rust converter, tire foam, pipe thread sealant,  spray paints, antifreeze liquid, and mineral spirits for maintenance on equipment and vehicles were not provided with effective information and training, exposing them to chemical hazards.
