29 CFR  1917.118(d)(6): The side rails of ladders did not extend at least 36 inches above the top landing surface:   a)	Seagate Terminal Hopper area BC4: On or about 03/15/2022, the fixed ladder used to access the walkway built over the conveyor belt was not provided with side rails or grab bars, as result employees were exposed to a possible 4ft fall hazard.   Notes:  Grab bars means an individual horizontal or vertical handhold installed to provide access above the height of the ladder.  Handhold have the shape and dimension necessary so that employees can grasp the handrail firmly.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
