29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Gun Cleaning room, where an effective housekeeping schedule was not in place to ensure all surfaces were maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead on work surfaces where gun cleaning supplies were stored, and gun cleaning tasks were performed. The Drug Enforcement Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1025 (h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1449378, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 13 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Tacoma, WA.
