29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1): 29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, or  respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1.  Worksite located at 6300 MO Hwy 9, Parkville, Missouri- Employee was observed cutting expansion joints using a radial chop saw and was not protected from respirable silica particulates by the use of engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection specified for tasks on Table 1.
