On or about April 13, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while working inside the building where a propane tank with a radiant tank top heater was operated.  a)  Near the back of the shop. 29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met and which also includes the following: a list of hazardous chemical known to be present; and the methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards:  On or about April 13, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while working adjacent to propane heaters, without  developing and implementing a hazard communication program that incorporated labeling, safety data sheets, and training.
