29 CFR  1910.1001(k)(5): The employer shoveled, and/or dry swept, and/or cleaned up asbestos dry although vacuuming or wet cleaning was feasible:   At 1201 E Central Ave, Wichita, KS 67214 on or about April 12, 2022 employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. Sales employees dry swept  dust containing asbestos in the northeast side of the building.

29 CFR  1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(C): The building owner and/or facility owner did not notify all employers of employees who work within or adjacent to the areas containing asbestos containing materials (ACM) and presumed asbestos containing materials of the presence, location and quantity:   At 1201 E Central Ave, Wichita, KS 67214 on or about April 8, 2022 the building owner did not inform Wray Roofing, Inc the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material including but not limited to insulation in roof area. Employees who performed roofing activities worked in or adjacent to areas that contained asbestos and dry-swept dust that contained asbestos.
