29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  On or about April 28, 2022, on the production floor; an extension cord  was being used a substitute for the fixed wiring to supply power to the Si-6 series fully electric injection molding machine. This condition exposed employees to a electrical shock and fire hazards.
