29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):  Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  Employees were exposed to safety hazards. Employees working on Busway A2 were exposed to injury from electrical fire hazard in that 100 VAC power strip and extension cords, were used to provide electrical power to mass spectrometry machines and lab equipment.
