Best Exterior Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1503676, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 207 S Cuyler Ave Oak Park, IL 60302.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Best Exterior Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1503676, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 2, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 207 S Cuyler Ave Oak Park, IL 60302.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
