29 CFR  1910.217(c)(2)(i)(b):Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not conform to the maximum permissible opening(s) specified in Table 10 O-10:  a) On or  about 05/05/2022 in Plant 2 in the Screen Department; where the point of operation guard (a "finger guard") on the B52 Screen Press (Bliss 19 1/2 B) mechanical power press had openings in the guard which measured 1-1/4 inches and were 7 inches from the point of operation.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED  b) On or about 05/05/2022 in Plant 2 in the Screen Department; where the point of operation guard (a "finger guard") on the Press Rite mechanical power press  had openings which measured 1-1/2 inches and were 7 inches from the point of operation.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED  c) On or about 05/05/2022 in Plant 3; where the point of operation guard (a "finger guard") on the P56 Rouselle No.2 mechanical power press had near open access from the right side of the guard to the point of operation.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
