29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Location: Rooftop of Ruth's Chris Steak House (east side of building) located at 670 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, NY 10591  a) On or about May 5, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12' 2?" (146.5") while engaged in roofing work on a roof without a means of fall protection in place.
