At a  worksite located at 10501 NW Transcon Dr,  Kansas City, Missouri.-Employees in the maintenance  department battery  charging area  were exposed to chemical burns and eye injury when refilling battery fluid, which then becomes acidic, without safety goggles, face shield, rubber gloves and apron. Protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition.
