29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level.  At a worksite located at  10501 NW Transcon Drive, Kansas  City, Missouri. Employees were exposed to a fire hazard in the production  area from an emergency exit door being blocked by the placement of a red parts bin partially in front of  the production emergency exit door.

29 CFR  1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained.    At a  worksite located at 10501 NW Transcon Dr,  Kansas City, Missouri.-Employees in the maintenance  department battery  charging area  were exposed to chemical burns and eye injury when refilling battery fluid, which then becomes acidic, without safety goggles, face shield, rubber gloves and apron. Protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition.
