29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  (a) Meat Department: On or about May 18, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the guard was properly adjusted to cover the unused portion of the saw blade on was adjusted the Biro vertical band saw Model No. 3334, Serial No. 45892, located on the east side of the meat room, designated for beef and lamb cuts.    (b) Meat Department: On or about May 18, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the guard was properly adjusted to cover all unused portions of the saw blade on the Biro vertical band saw Model No. 3334, Serial No. 45844, located on the west side of the meat room, designated for pork.
