29 CFR  1910.151(b):In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons were not adequately trained to render First Aid.  On or about April 27, 2022, and times prior there to, two employees were handling pressed reactive material pellets, and the employer had not provided a person adequately trained to render first aid, exposing employees to the hazard of delayed medical treatment.
