29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)[D]: The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tagout devices, and other energy control  On or about May 25, 2022, Employees conducting servicing and maintenance activities, including but not limited to B-13 Molding Machine, are following the employer's procedures, which do not clearly and specifically outline the steps on how to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices.       NORTH AMERICAN LIGHTING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.147(C)(4)(II)[D] WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1502816, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2B, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2277 S. MAIN ST., PARIS, ILLINOIS 61944.
