29 CFR  1904.35(b)(2)(iii):29 CFR 1904.35(b)(iii): The employer did not provide the requested OSHA 300 Logs to an employee by the end of the next business day:  (a) On or about 03/22/2022 at 240 West 52nd Street, New York, NY 10019 employees who requested a copy of the OSHA 300 Injury and Illness Logs were not provided with a copy of the relevant OSHA 300 logs by the end of the next business day.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1904.35(b)(2)(v)(A):When an employee, former employee, or personal representative asks for a copy of the OSHA 301 Incident Report describing an injury or illness to that employee or former employee, the employer did not give the requester a copy of the OSHA 301 Incident Report containing that information by the end of the next business day.  (a) On or about 03/22/2022 at 240 West 52nd Street, New York, NY 10019 employees who requested a copy of the OSHA 301 Incident Report were not provided with a copy of the relevant OSHA 301 report by the end of the next business day.
