29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(viii): Suitable disconnecting switches or plug connectors were not installed to permit the disconnection of all ungrounded conductors of each temporary circuit. Multiwire branch circuits were not provided with a means to disconnect simultaneously all ungrounded conductors at the power outlet or panelboard where the branch circuit originated:  (a) On or about 05/24/2022 and at times prior to - 800 Market Street NE, Fertilizer Diverter Battery Charger, employees performing work such as charging batteries were exposed to electrical explosion hazards because the employer did not ensure suitable disconnecting switches or plug connectors were installed for the temporary circuit supplying the Ranco Roller Conveyor Battery Powered Tripper.
