29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  (a) Precision Drilling Company, L.P., Rig 460, E-470 and Quebec St., Thornton, CO 80602: On or before July 15, 2022, the employer did not provide employees who are required to wear respirators with a medical evaluation to determine their ability to wear one. This exposes employees to hazards associated with wearing a respirator.

29 CFR  1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT):  (a) Precision Drilling Company, L.P., Rig 460, E-470 and Quebec St., Thornton, CO 80602: On or before July 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees they required to wear tight-fitting half mask respirators passed a fit test prior to initial use. This condition exposes employees to hazards associated with air contaminants.

29 CFR  1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:  (a) Precision Drilling Company, L.P., Rig 460, E-470 and Quebec St., Thornton, CO 80602: On or before July 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees they required to wear tight-fitting half mask respirators did not have facial hair that interfered with the sealing surface of the facepiece. This condition exposes employees to hazards associated with air contaminants.
