29 CFR  1960.67: As required by 29 CFR 1904.32, a company executive must certify that he or she has examined the OSHA 300 Log and that he or she believes, based on his or her knowledge of the process by which the information was recorded, that the annual summary is correct and complete. For Federal establishments, the person who performs the certification shall be one of the following:   29 CFR  1904.33(a): Basic requirement. You must save the OSHA 300 Log, the privacy case list (if one exists), the annual summary, and the OSHA 301 Incident Report forms for five (5) years following the end of the calendar year that these records cover.  a) 1 King Salmon Airport Rd, King Salmon - On or about June 7, 2022 the employer did not retain at the establishment OSHA 300 logs for fiscal years 2019, 2021, 2020, and 2022.  b) 1 King Salmon Airport Rd, King Salmon- On or about June 7, 2022 the employer did not retain at the establishment OSHA 300A annual summary forms for fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
