29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices:  (a) On or about 06/01/2022, and at times prior to - Zone 9 in the Bin Storage Area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while walking behind parts bins stacked in fours approximately 11 feet high where powered industrial trucks were in operation and not readily visible.

29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made:  (a) On or about 06/01/2022, and at times prior to - Zone 9 in the Bin Storage Area, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while conducting inventory and standing between automotive parts bins stacked 3 to 4 high and/or single stacked wheeled parts bins that were in close proximity to powered industrial vehicles operated in the area.
