29 CFR  1910.151(b):  Adequate first aid supplies were not readily available.  a) Miter Saw Workbench - On or about June 14, 2022, the employer had provided a first aid kit containing expired product to include but not limited to ophthalmic solution eyewash manufactured by Physicians Care with an expiration date of November 2021, aspirin manufactured by Physician Care expired January 2021, BZK Antiseptic towelettes manufactured by Acme United Corporation expired November 2020, and sting relief pads manufactured by Acme United Corporation expired September 2020.  This condition exposed employees to biological hazards and aggravation of pre-existing injuries treated for first aid use with expired product.  b) Breakroom Sink - On or about June 14, 2022, the employer had provided a first aid kit containing expired product to include but not limited to ophthalmic solution eyewash manufactured by Physicians Care with an expiration date of April 2022, and BZK Antiseptic towelettes manufactured by Acme United Corporation expired on March 2021.  This condition exposed employees to biological hazards and aggravation of pre-existing injuries treated for first aid use with expired products.  c) Lead Carpenters Office - On or about June 14, 2022, the employer had provided a first aid kit containing expired product to include but not limited to aspirin manufactured by Physicians Care expired on November 2021, and sting relief pads manufactured by Acme United Corporation expired on November 2020.  This condition exposed employees to biological hazards and aggravation of pre-existing injuries treated for first aid use with expired product.

An emergency shower and eyewash was not provided in the immediate work area for emergency use, exposing employees to corrosive chemical hazards.
