29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury.  a) Building N91 - On or about June 15, 2022, employees performed welding on fuel pipe with the use of a conditional burn permit. A dry chemical fire extinguisher (947273) was placed in the area for immediate use in the event a fire was to occur, but they had not been provided training exposing them to fire hazards.
