29 CFR  1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage:  a) Front Building A709 - On or about June 15, 2022, employees performing safety and health management for the worksite utilized office equipment from a temporary trailer staged outside of the building.  An extension cord was used as a power source for the trailer and was not protected from damage from metal grating it was placed through to access an outlet inside of the building, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
