29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components did not conform to the criteria in 29 CFR 1926.502 (Appendix G to this subpart): (a) On or about 6/24/2022 and at times prior, Redstone Arsenal building 5423, employees installing metal roof panels were exposed to falls up to 15 feet, 10 1/4 inches because the employer did not ensure the fall arrest system was rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level.
