As a result, employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in and caught-between hazards associated with moving parts and pinch points on the machinery.  b. On or about June 30, 2022, and at times prior, the energy control procedure in place for the Winpak/Filler for Production Line 13 did not include the necessary procedural steps for shutting down, blocking, bleeding, and securing the hazardous energy sources associated with the machinery such as, but not limited to, pneumatic. As a result, employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in and caught-between hazards associated with moving parts and pinch points on the machinery.

As a result, employees were exposed to struck-by, caught-in and caught-between hazards associated with moving parts and pinch points on the machinery.  b.
