On or about June 30, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite,  employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet four (4) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.  b.  On or about June 30, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite,  an employee performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet six (6) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
