OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:   (a) On or about 06/29/2022 - Particle board lab, Felder K700 table saw, employees were exposed to amputation hazards when the horizontal fence on the saw was not properly locked in place creating an approximate 2 inch gap between the table and the fence exposing employees to amputation hazards.
