29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) On and before 7/13/2022, at jobsite, for the employees power washing trucks and trailers using corrosive Zep Professional Touchless Foaming Car & Truck Detergent, corrosive Syn-Kleen, corrosive Acid Cleaner, corrosive Truck Wash 2 Ligno, and corrosive Wheely Clean, containing hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Sodium Dodecylbenzenesulfonate, Quaternary Ammonium Chloride Compound, Phosphoric acid, and Sodium hydroxide.  The employer did not provide an eyewash and shower station.
