Stucki Company on or about July 08, 2022 at the address of 1 American Way, Sharon, PA: A Hyster S60XM forklift, serial number: D187V18480X parking brake alarm was not functioning when an individual got off the forklift if the parking brake was not engaged.

Stucki Company on or about July 08, 2022 at the address of 1 American Way, Sharon, PA: An electrical disconnect directly behind the storage of the train axles did not have sufficient access and working space in front of the electrical equipment. Items including but not limited to a garbage can and pallets were stored in front of the disconnect.
