29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:   a) On or about 7/12/22, in the Sheet Metal Area, employees did not utilize lockout procedures when doing maintenance, such as but not limited to, unjamming machines, and preventative maintenance on belts and pulleys on Punch press, exposing employees to amputation hazards if the Punch press (Strippit - CNC V30-1225 turret) energized while employees were working on it.   b) On or about 7/12/22, in the Machine Shop, lockout procedures were not developed for equipment with multiple sources of energy such as, but not limited to, two sources electrical, and pneumatic needed to be locked out when performing maintenance on various models of CNC machines.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
