Employees conducting exterior fa�ade activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold that was not fully planked.  The working level was approximately 50 feet from the lower level.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Employees conducting exterior fa�ade activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold that was not supported by baseplates.  The working level was approximately 50 feet from the lower level. On or about July 13, 2022 at 68-37 Yellowstone Boulevard, Flushing, NY, 11375.  Employees conducting exterior fa�ade activities from a tubular welded frame scaffold did not have a means of access or egress to the scaffold.   The working level was approximately 50 feet from the lower level.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
