29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a. Fortress Framing Inc. at 10374 Detroit St., Thornton, CO 80229: On July 16, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees of NYTO Builders LLC., subcontractor, were protected from injury, in that employees were observed conducting framing operations at heights over 30 feet on a new residential home building without the use of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards.  The Fortress Framing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1408921, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 2, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11591 26th Ave., Aurora, CO 80010.
