On or about July 21, 2022, the employer failed to provide energy control English procedures which clearly and specifically outlined the isolation steps to be taken to control the pneumatic hazardous energy for the Timberland 5 Head Resaw Notcher, exposing employees to potential amputation injuries.  b.	On or about July 21, 202, the employer failed to provide energy control Spanish procedures which clearly and specifically outlined the isolation steps to be taken to control the pneumatic hazardous energy for the Timberland 5 Head Resaw Notcher, exposing employees to potential amputation injuries.

On or about June 6, 2022, the employer failed to identify and correct deviations or inadequacies found in the control of hazardous energy procedure for the          Timberland 5 Head Resaw Notcher.  b.	On or about June 13, 2022, the employer failed to identify and correct deviations or inadequacies found in the control of hazardous energy procedure for           the Timberland 5 Head Resaw Notcher.  c.	On or about September 21, 2022, the employer failed to identify and correct deviations or inadequacies found in the control of hazardous energy procedure          for the Timberland 5 Head Resaw Notcher.
